At Service 360 Group, our team is the heart and soul of our success. We owe all of our achievements to hardworking, dedicated people quietly working behind the scenes. One of those individuals is the incomparable Patty Wojakowski—whom we lovingly refer to simply as Patty.
She is our Service Coordinator and Dispatcher, the actual linchpin that ensures everything runs smoothly both for our team and for our customers. Today we would like to take some time and shine the light on Patty in celebration of all the ways she truly makes a difference.
Always Bringing Her Best
With over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative work, Patty knows how to keep things on track. She is organized, detail-oriented, and always rises to the challenge. Be it scheduling service calls, supporting teammates, or taking care of our customers—Patty does it all with dedication and heart.
“Together we make a great team, and when the going gets tough, there are always plenty of great ideas and willing hands. I am so grateful to work for a company that genuinely cares about its employees,” Patty shared. And frankly, we are just as thankful to have her.
Patty Beyond the Office
Patty is much more than simply excelling in her profession. When she isn’t orchestrating the operations at Service 360 Group, she embraces life with fervor. Allow me to share a bit more about her:
- Patty loves to watch her husband‘s band, Neon Wine, perform at local clubs. Being able to support his passion for music is one of her favorite things to do.
- Game Nights: Whether it be cards or board games, Patty enjoys the company of friends and family, their laughter filling the air.
- Animal Lover: Patty has a big heart for animals, though she says she can‘t watch animal movies because they make her cry.
- High Achiever: You know Patty was valedictorian of her high school? And she even has a motorcycle license. How cool is that?

Patty is a lot more than her title; she is the friendly and reliable voice on the other side of the line, the one who keeps everything in check, and is always willing to lend an extra hand. Her kindness, dedication, and pursuit of excellence make her not only a part but the fabric of our team.
