Employee Spotlight: John Repsik – A Passion for Excellence on and off the Job
At Service 360 Group, we pride ourselves on building a team that’s not only talented but also passionate about making a difference in our customers’ lives. This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on one of our outstanding team members: John Repsik.
A Journey in the Trades
John joined the Service 360 Group team with an impressive 7 years of experience in the electrical trade. For six of those years, John honed his skills in commercial work before transitioning to his current role as a service electrician. This shift has given him the opportunity to focus more on interacting with customers and solving problems in their homes—something he says is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.
“I love the interactions I have with customers and solving problems to make their life a little easier,” John shares. “Developing those lasting relationships is one of my favorite parts of the job.”
Beyond the Job: A Multifaceted Life
When he’s not wiring homes or troubleshooting electrical systems, John leads an active and fulfilling life. He’s a proud father to two sons and describes himself as an “ever-improving husband.” His passion for sports shines through in his commitment to semi-pro and tournament roller hockey, where he plays for the Pottstown Iron Knights/422 Express. While hockey remains a big part of his life, John is also gearing up to scale back to focus on new challenges.
One of those challenges? Repsik Brothers Racing, a family-owned venture focused on open-wheel dirt track racing. John is currently building a Tobias Speedstr to compete at the Action Track in Kutztown for the 2025 season—a testament to his hands-on expertise and drive to excel. We’re honored to support him in this exciting endeavor!
